Good game! Nice to play, but if possible to upgrade would be good: For example if you could see what you where doing instead of reading the text .

One of the best game experiences Ive had... Entertaining, didactic; will make you reflect on your own life. Gameplay-wise, its an interactive story, but very seamless. When you know that it is a game from the early 80s, you wonder what the Pete has happened to game designers since then.

Ive been waiting for this - thanks, Dan! This is an awesome port of one of the best games of all time: Alter Ego, the life simulation written by a psychologist, a timeless classic. With amazing depth and great replayability, and the beautiful looks of the iPhone adaptation, its my all-time favorite!

Great game. Lower the price though.

A fun point and click game for those who dislike typing. Sometimes tries harder to be educational than fun.

I loved this through and through, it has amazing replay value and is honestly worth the price! It works offline too so if you ever find yourself without wifi and youre bored you can play Alter Ego. I just cant urge you to play this game enough, you most certainly will not regret the game c:

This is really just an exercise in gender stereotypes and sexism disguised as a text based role-playing game. There is little room for variables or for thinking outside the box. Its repetitive and lacking in combining choices -- which makes it a complete and utter rip off. AVOID!!

I really like the game but when it came to dating and stuff like that I realized you could only be in relationship with guys, if they could add females into an option I think the game would be better and have more options as well for the different life stages.

One minute, youre thriving in life, the next, youre dead on an operating table. Well then. If only you could change options for sexuality...

I loved this game, so deep and insightful. However, as an extremely gay homosexual, I was very disappointed with the blatant exclusion of lgbt options. Wouldve gotten a 5 star review.

This game is everything I ever wanted in a game. Just a game about life. The only thing I would change is the fact that I cant choose the names for my children, I have to pick one from a list. I hate about 90% of the names on that list and I would very much enjoy the freedom to name my own child. But other than that its amazing!

I remember spending lots of time with game online years ago. I was a young kid, interested in the idea of "experiencing" adulthood years before I had the opportunity to see it for myself. Ive played this game many times since and it continuously reenters my life every couple of years to replay it. One of my favourite games of all time.

Pretty decent game, works without wifi which is nice. Its deep and at points it can be pretty dark. Only things I didnt like was the heteronormativity and the blatant sexism. Why cant you be gay? Homosexuality is addressed in the game, but only briefly and its kind of portrayed as a bad thing. That bothered me.

Although this game was really fun there arent endless possibilities for a $6 app game. You can play it for about three times before youre bored with it. It is a fun, well-thought out game for sure but for $6 as an app perhaps you would add more features or have it updated..
